Structure of nucleosome-SIRT6 complex

Our paper in collaboration with Phil Cole’s lab was just released in JACS.

By using a chemical warhead, we catalytically trap SIRT6 on a nucleosome and visualize the nucleosome-SIRT6 structure by cryo-EM. This is the first paper from Jon in the Farnung lab.
